Our Story

The History of Doculogix

From the copy room to the courtroom -- built by the people who lived it.

What began in 1987 with a document copy service has evolved into the industry's leading eDiscovery workflow automation platform. For over three decades, our founders have been embedded in the litigation support trenches -- building tools born from real-world experience to solve the challenges legal teams face every day.

Our Story

Built from Real Litigation Experience

Before Doculogix existed, our founders spent years inside law firms and litigation support companies, managing complex eDiscovery matters firsthand. They experienced the inefficiencies, the manual tracking, the spreadsheet chaos, and the constant risk of things slipping through the cracks.

That experience became the foundation for Doculogix. Every feature in our platform traces back to a real problem encountered in real litigation workflows. Our eDiscovery Workflow Manager (EWM) was not designed in a vacuum -- it was built by people who had personally managed document collections, overseen processing pipelines, coordinated review teams, and delivered productions under tight court deadlines.

Today, Doculogix serves over 100 law firms and litigation support providers across the country. Our team continues to work closely with clients, understanding how their needs evolve and ensuring our platform stays ahead of the demands of modern litigation.

What Sets Us Apart

Litigation Professionals First

Unlike generic project management tools adapted for legal use, Doculogix was purpose-built for the litigation support industry from day one. Our products align directly with the EDRM framework, support defensible workflows, and provide the audit trails and chain-of-custody documentation that legal professionals require.

Our consulting practice extends our value beyond software. We help firms assess and optimize their existing eDiscovery operations, implement best practices, and build scalable processes that reduce costs and risk.

We offer a full 60-day free trial because we believe the best way to evaluate our platform is to use it on real work. No limitations, no restrictions -- just the full power of Doculogix in your hands.
