Thank you for interest in signing up for Doculogix PTS program. In the following sign up pages you will be asked for data required to build you main database. If you need additional locations you will be able to add those once you have access to you database.

If you have not spoken to a DocuLogix Sales Representative one will contact you shortly after completing this process. They will be able to provide you pricing based on the number of users you might require. If you have already spoken to your DocuLogix Sales Representative and would like to continue setting up your database please click continue below.

At the end of this process you will be required to enter your Credit Card information. This card will be kept on file and will only be used to bill your monthly service charges. Your card will not be billed until your services actually begin.
